just took my april measurements. i lost 10.5 inches off my body this month for a total of 25.5 inches since March. I wish i had started taking measurements at my heaviest, but i didn’t. boo. the majority of the inches lost this month was in my midsection which is also my problem area. I’m happy with my progress so far but PROJECT FIT IN DEM JEANS starts today and runs till August 8th. I WILL FIT IN DEM JEANS!!! =D
You know what’s crazy? I felt like I gained weight. I was totally dreading getting on that scale and taking my measurements and when I finally did, it was a great feeling knowing that I lost that many inches. I don’t know why my mind is always so negative. We are our own worst critics that’s for damn sure.
I’m not gonna lie to you guys, I didn’t workout nearly as much as I did last month. I guess that’s why I felt like I gained. I’m actually surprised I didn’t have a gain in inches and weight. But lesson learned and it’s a new day. I just gotta move forward from here.
I also wanted to share this channel I found on youtube it’s called fitnessblender. they have some great workouts you can do at home. I HATE walking the track. like HATE it. it’s so boring to me just walking in a circle round and round. omg. so boring. I don’t mind doing videos at home and I haven’t got the confidence to hit the gym yet so i use youtube a lot for workouts. just thought I’d share…
